GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (AP) -- Authorities say a burglary suspect from Pennsylvania brawled with officers at a southern New Jersey police department. One officer suffered a minor knee injury during Tuesday's scuffle at the Gloucester Township Police Headquarters. Authorities say the suspect, 35-year-old Drexel Hill resident Anthony Dimaio, was being taken to a holding cell when he lunged at officers. He then started to punch and kick at them. Dimaio also allegedly got a belt with a metal buckle and tried to strike the officers, but was quickly disarmed. The injured officer was treated at the scene, while Dimaio was taken to a hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries. Dimaio was expected to be moved to the Camden County Jail later Tuesday, and his bail was set at $75,000 cash.
