PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Authorities say a body found along the banks of Philadelphia's Schuylkill River has been identified as that of an award-winning teacher reported missing earlier in the month. Police said the body found Sunday afternoon was positively identified as that of 40-year-old Christopher Tully. Police said no cause of death was available. Relatives said Tully, a teacher at the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology in Warwick since 2002, was last seen Jan. 6, when he got out of a car driven by relatives taking him to medical treatment. Family members said he had bipolar disorder and was not taking his medication. The Pennsylvania Association for Career and Technical Education named Tully its 2014 teacher of the year.
