Police are looking for Samuel Andre Jeannot, 22, in connection with a Bloomsburg robbery.

BLOOMSBURG — Police are searching for a Bloomsburg University student wanted in an alleged armed robbery late Sunday night.

Authorities say two assailants with a handgun were involved in the mugging in the 400 block of East Fourth St. around 9:20 p.m. March 17.

One person was in police custody by Monday morning. But Samuel Andre Jeannot, 22, remained at large and is being considered armed and dangerous, police say. The hand gun used in the theft had not been recovered, police note.

Anyone with information in the call should call Bloomsburg Police at 784-6779 or 784-6300.

Police have warned that anyone who sees Jeannot should call 9-1-1 and not approach the suspect.
