Police still searching for second murder suspect

HARRISBURG — Police are still looking for a man they believe had a hand in the Frank Spencer murder, as well as two arson fires that preceded it.

Anthony Rocco Franklin, 72, the father of Spencer ex-wife Maria Sanutti-Spencer, will be charged in those crimes today, but remains on the lam, law enforcement officials say.

Anyone with information regarding Franklin's whereabouts or information relating to this case is encouraged to contact the Pennsylvania State Police Bloomsburg Barracks at 570-387-4701.
