PUBLIC NOTICE Tax Claim Bureau of Columbia County, Notice of Filing Consolidated Return of Tax Sale held on September 11, 2023. Notice is hereby given that the Tax Claim Bureau of Columbia County has filed its Consolidated Return with the Court of Common Pleas of the 26th Judicial District of Pennsylvania with respect to the Tax Sale at the Columbia County Court House on September 11, 2023. The Consolidated Return was filed with the Court on October 26, 2023 and duly confirmed nisi by the Court of Common Pleas on October 26, 2023. The Consolidated Return is docketed in the Office of the Prothonotary and Clerk of the Court as Number 28 of 2023 Civil Miscellaneous Docket. Objections or exceptions to the Consolidated Return of the Tax Claim Bureau may be filed by any owner or lien creditor within thirty (30) days after the date of the confirmation nisi of the Consolidated Return on October 26, 2023. In absence of the filing objections or exceptions with in the said thirty (30) days period the said Consolidated Return will be confirmed absolutely. The Consolidated Return of the Tax Sale of September 11, 2023 is available for inspection at the office of the Prothonotary of Columbia County and at the office of the Tax Claim Bureau of Columbia County, Columbia County Court House Annex Building, Bloomsburg, PA.
