Is this 'the worst parking job in North America'?

It's being billed as the "worst parking job in North America" by Yahoo!, and a video (below) of the driver struggling to negotiate what would seem a very basic parking technique is going viral this week. The very nice BMW X3 at one point backs into a small sedan behind it after the driver fails to cut the wheel. She then tries a new approach and somehow manages to get the German SUV perpendicular to the cars beside, only to pull out and get stuck again behind one of those vehicles. She finally gets the SUV free, then drives away, leaving behind the damaged Mazda sedan the vehicle struck. In all, she maneuvered through a 97-point turn, according to Yahoo! News. The video that captured the more than 4-minute parking struggle was reportedly recorded in a Calgary, Alberta parking lot. The woman behind the wheel was later found by Calgary police and given a $115 ticket for "unsafe backing," according to the CBC. Have a look at the whole video here:
