SCRANTON (AP) -- A man police say grabbed a television reporter's arm and yelled obscenities during a live broadcast has been charged with lying about the encounter. The Times-Tribune reports former Lackawanna College student Tyrone Parker is charged with falsifying reports after police say he denied and then admitted involvement. During the Thursday news report, a man ran up to WNEP's Stacy Lange and yelled a profane phrase referring to a sexual act that's been used periodically by people ambushing television reporters over the past year. Lange continued on, unflustered, with her report about Scranton's budget. Court records with information on Parker's lawyer weren't immediately available Friday morning. You can see video of Lange's interrupted report here. ***WARNING: The video contains extremely graphic language.***
