FOREST GROVE, Ore. (AP) -- Police pulled over a car in Forest Grove that was driven by a 7-year-old girl sitting on her mother's lap. Witnesses had reported the woman appeared intoxicated Wednesday, but police found she had a medical condition. She was treated at the scene. The woman explained to police that she let her daughter drive because she herself had been allowed to drive as a child. Police gave the 33-year-old woman a ticket for reckless endangering.
