Berwick police seek stabbing suspect

BERWICK — A man stabbed a woman in an alley near LaSalle Street on Sunday night, police say.

Now Berwick police are looking for the man, described as a white male in his early 20s between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8, with a thin build. He possibly has dark brown hair. Last night, he was wearing a black jacket, black knit cap and jeans. He was last spotted headed north on LaSalle toward Freas Avenue and New Road.

Police ask anyone with information on the stabbing to call police at 752-3677 or tips@berwick-pa.com.
