HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Black Creek Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Black Creek Township Municipal Building, 1980 Tomhicken Road, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the proposal of Thomas R. Belusko and Ann S.
