     The Town of Bloomsburg will offer to the highest bidder that certain parcel of unimproved land being Tax Parcel No. 05W02 0730100, known as 206 West Eighth Street, Bloomsburg, PA, at a Public Auction to be held on Friday the 14th day of November, 2014 at 3:00 p.m., in Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, 301 East 2nd St, Bloomsburg, PA
    THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHALL APPLY:
    1. All bids shall be subject to a reserve set by the Town.
    2. A payment in the amount of 20% of the successful bid, cash or certified bank check only, shall be due on the day of Auction, the balance to be paid in full within 30 days after Auction.
    3. The successful bidder shall receive a Quit Claim Deed only, transferring all of the Town of Bloomsburg's legal interest in and to the parcel.
    4. Successful bidder shall be responsible for expenses of Agreement of Sale; Deed Preparation; Transfer Taxes; and Recording Fees.
