Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, August 13, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. the Mount Pleasant Township Zoning Hearing Board will be holding a Public Hearing at the Mount Pleasant Township Community Center for the purpose of considering the application of Willson & Associates, LLC for a Use Variance, in accordance with the District Regulations contained in Section 304 of the Mount Pleasant Township Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 2, 1987 and last revised April 1, 2002. The application involves a request for relief from Permitted Uses in the Open Space Zoning District. The proposal is located at 99 Kindt Road Road, Mt. Pleasant Twp., Bloomsburg, PA. The applicant is requesting a change of use from a Single-Family Dwelling to a Residential Treatment Facility in the Agriculture zoning district. Testimony relative to this application will be heard at said hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received, either hand delivered or mailed from qualified bidders at the office of Nescopeck Borough, 501 Raber Avenue, Nescopeck, PA 18635, for the 2015 Liquid Fuels Street Project, Ridge Road on August 10, 2015 until 3:00 P.M. Bids will be opened at scheduled Council Meeting @ 7:00 P.M on August 10, 2015. The work to be constructed hereunder is located on Ridge Road. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside "Sealed bid for 2015 Liquid Fuels Street Project-Ridge Road". Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check in the amount of 10% of the total bid, payable to the Borough of Nescopeck, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if its Bid is accepted, will promptly obtain the required Bonds and Insurance, prepare the required submittal documents and execute the Agreement. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $250.00 per calendar day. Bids shall be submitted upon forms furnished by the Borough of Nescopeck.
