MEETING NOTICE
The public is cordially invited to attend an annual meeting for all “stakeholders” of the Bloomsburg Area School District on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the board room of the district office, located at 728 East Fifth Street in Bloomsburg. The purpose of the meeting is to provide an opportunity for communication between the school board and citizens of the community, students, parents, staff members, employers, and others who have a stake in the school district. The intent of the meeting is to provide a constructive forum for discussion.

Millville Area School Board has an open position due to a resignation. Interested persons should submit a resume and application by March 9, 2015 to the Board Secretary, David Bowser at 330 E. Main Street, P.O. Box 260, Millville, PA 17846.

The term of the open position is for the remainder of the 2015 year.

Qualifications for this position: a citizen of the Commonwealth, be of good moral character, 18 years of age, and have been a resident of the district for one year prior to appointment.

Interviews for this open position will be conducted at the Board meeting on March 23, 2015.

PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of Montour Township (the "Township") will hold a special meeting in the Township Building, 195 Rupert Drive, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, at 7:30 P.M., on March 19, 2015, for general purposes. During the meeting the Board will hold a hearing to consider an Ordinance amending the Township's Zoning Ordinance adding provisions pertaining to oil and gas compressor stations, oil and gas metering stations/above ground gathering facili-
ties/processing facilities/
odor injector facilities, oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas wells, wastewater and freshwater impoundments and oil and gas processing facilities. It is anticipated that the Board will take action on the proposed Ordinance following the hearing.

    A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance summarized above may be examined by any citizen during regular Township business hours from 9:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M., Monday through Wednesday, and 9:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Thursday, at the Office of the Township Secretary, 195 Rupert Drive, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.
