iPad and iPhone Users - Having trouble logging in? Please read this!

Apple recently pushed out their iOS 9.1 update which has broken some iPad and iPhone user's abilty to properly log into our site. In the update, a new version of Safari was installed and seems to be unable to stay logged in if users have logged in before with the older version of Safari.

To log into the website with the new Safari, users may have to clear their old website data:

  • Start the Settings App (grey gear icon on desktop)
  • Choose Safari in list at left
  • Choose Advanced in list on right near bottom
  • Choose Website Data
  • Tap Edit button top right
  • Tap “Do Not Enter” (red circle with dash in it) next to pressenterpriseonline.com
  • Tap Delete button
  • Tap Done button top right
  • Exit settings

While the above has worked for most users, in the event that you do not have the "red circle with the dash" button, you may need to Remove All Website Data:
