Bloomsburg Area School District is currently accepting applications for the following positions: DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL SERVICES This position directs special education programs, guidance services, psychological services, and student services. Special Education Director certification preferred, but Special Education Supervisor and Principal K-12 certification may be considered. HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL Applicants must be committed to academic excellence and be an enthusiastic educational leader. The successful candidate will demonstrate a sincere interest in creating a safe and positive learning environment for all students and staff. PA principal PK-12 certification required, minimum of two years of successful building administrator experience preferred. ELEMENTARY PRINCIPAL Will be principal of two elementary schools (Beaver-Main and W.W. Evans elementary schools) with a total enrollment of about 350 students in K-5. PA principal K-12 certification required, minimum of two years of successful building administrator experience preferred. ANTICIPATED SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER Must possess one of the following PA certifications: Special Ed PK-8, Special Ed PK-12, Special Ed N-12, or Mentally and/or Physically Handicapped K-12. SECONDARY TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION TEACHER Must possess one of the following PA certifications: Technology Education PK-12 or Computer Science 7-12. W.W. EVANS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HEALTH AIDE Must possess LPN or RN.
