What we're working on for April 4
Posted: April 3, 2013 - 4:24pm

Here's a look at some of the stories our reporters are working on Wednesday: * A man accused of shooting his ex-wife to death inside a church is scheduled to appear in court. Reporter Mike Lester will have the story. * A man and a woman cited for having sex in public "couldn't wait," the man told an officer. Police say he was also drunk and driving the car the two were in. Senior reporter Leon Bogdan has more. * A man who was stabbed by his girlfriend during a fight in a hotel room stands by his woman. She was in court Wednesday, and the two are still together, a prosecutor says. More to come from reporter Chris Krepich. * Also in court in Montour County, a man who fell asleep in his vehicle with heroin and a young baby inside. * Plus, a local daycare center will soon close, leaving 75 families in search of new child-care providers. Look for these stories and more in Thursday's edition of the Press Enterprise.
