Here's a look at the stories that are keeping our reporters busy Friday: * A driver is thrown free during a crash, and that may be the good news -- the car landed on its roof. Photographer Jimmy May has the photos. We'll have more on our website later this afternoon. * A suspect waving a weapon allegedly threatens a young family in a trailer court. Police say he was angry about the man's driving. * Called to court on a robbery charge, a juvenile doesn't show. Instead, he texts his family to say he'll surrender later. Leon Bogdan reports. * One suspect confesses to a brazen theft from a pizza shop, and police are on the hunt for the second man. Reporter Peter Kendron has the latest. * Another charge is filed against a man who allegedly stole medications he was supposed to deliver. Reporter Susan Schwartz delivers details. Look for these stories and more in Saturday's edition of the Press Enterprise.
