The first three of 18 large tiles are mounted on a wall in the lobby of Haas Center for the Arts.

The first three of 18 large tiles are mounted on a wall in the lobby of Haas Center for the Arts on the Bloomsburg University campus. The tiles are by, from left, Bill Whitmoyer, Doug Hopkins and Dave Stabley. The installation by 19 area artists will continue through May 3 and will be publicly unveiled on May 11. Confluence “depicts the growth and activity of a small town surrounded by a winding river and its tributaries and how the beauty of nature has inspired a wealth of visual art and cultural enrichment in the area,” according to a Bloomsburg University press release.
