Bloomsburg Town Crew's Wayne Creasy, left, and Matt Mumaw spent their Wednesday morning putting wooden stakes into the ground on the bank of the Susquehanna River.  The crew was installing a line of bale rope attached to the stakes to keep the geese from making their way into Town Park.
