A man living in a tent along Old Berwick Road could be cited in court if he doesn't pack up and leave.However, Marcus Altieri, 33 — who is facing vehicular homicide charges in the death of his mother — said he is homeless and has nowhere else to go. He said he pitched the tent in August on the lot where his grandparents’ home stood before it burned down four years ago.
