Kim’s Auction Service works with Century 21 Covered Bridges

BLOOMSBURG -- Kim's Auction Service currently offers on-site or online auctions. In 2015, Kim (Autotore) Williams, auctioneer for Kim's Auction Service and Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty Inc., will be offering a unique service to sellers. Williams started in the family auction business, Autotore's Auction, in 1971. Her father, the late John Autotore, sent her to the Reppert School of Auctioneering in Decatur, Ind., in 1979. She worked in the family business till 1991, at that time her father was retired and she began Kim's Auction Service. Kim's Auction Service continues to conduct household, antiques and real estate auctions. Williams has belonged to the Pennsylvania State Auctioneers Association and the local Northeast Chapter Auctioneers Association since 1982. Williams has held every office in the Northeast Chapter from secretary to president. She has served for the last two years as the Northeast Chapter director at the state level. She was elected into the Hall of Fame of Auctioneers in 2012, and, in 2014, she was named Auctioneer of the Year for the Northeast Chapter. Williams was elected to the position of vice president of the Pennsylvania State Auctioneers Association in 2015. This organization serves more than 360 Pennsylvania auctioneers. She worked for and received her real estate broker's license in 2005. Over the past 33 years, Williams has worked in the auction and real estate businesses. She was an agent for the Lutz Agency for 15 years and has been with Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty for the past six years. Williams has achieved and remains a multi-million dollar producer for Century 21 Covered Bridges Realty. She has continued her education by earning various designations which have added to her knowledge for serving her clients and customers. She has also served on many committees for the Central Susquehanna Valley Board of Realtors (CSVBR) in the capacity of director, vice president and president.
