<p>HARRISBURG (AP) — The prospect of lengthy power outages from Hurricane Sandy could require elections officials to use backup plans for electronic voting machines.</p>

<p>State Police are asking the public not to call the local barracks for weather and road conditions. </p>

<p>MONROE TWP. — An 86-year-old Selinsgrove woman was kidnapped Saturday outside the Weis market here, State Police said.</p>
