• A man accused of stealing more than $40,000 from an RV dealer says he wants to pay it back.

• The borough took the owner of a youth center to court once alleging problems at the building. Now its lawyer says that owner is violating an agreement worked out to keep it running safely.

• A man calling himself a peace ambassador for the United Nations says in a lawsuit that a local children and youth agency is trying to steal his daughter from him.
