* Cohen remembered: A Berwick man with decades of experience in the music industry talks about his friendship and travels with Leonard Cohen, the singer, songwriter and poet who died Thursday.

* Close to Trump: Two local congressmen who were early and staunch supporters of Donald Trump are named to the president-elect's transition team, as protests condemning his election grow bigger and uglier coast to coast.

* Heartfelt thanks: Veterans were honored at local schools and in nursing homes throughout the region Friday for Veterans Day; our staff photographers took pictures at many of the events.

* Also: Robert Vaughn, the actor best known for his role as TV spy Napoleon Solo in "The Man from U.N.C.L.E.," is gone.
