By submitting content to the Press Enterprise, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service:
Only persons thirteen (13) years of age or older are permitted to submit content on this site.
You agree that all text, photos, or other content submitted by you belongs to you or you have obtained the necessary permission, rights or licenses to share this content with the Press Enterprise. You grant Press Enterprise an irrevocable right to use any submitted content for whatever purpose, including without limitation, publication in print or online, republication, or to license or sell the content in any format or medium now known or hereafter invented or devised, including without limitation the archiving and retrieval thereof. Do not submit content that does not belong to you!
The following content is prohibited:
- Images that are excessively violent, sexually explicit, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, harassing, exploit children, or contain material generally deemed objectionable by the general public.
- Text that uses profanity or threatens others.
- Content that violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Content that is false, libelous, or violates the privacy rights of others.
- Links or files that contain viruses, corrupted files, Trojan Horses, phishing links, or otherwise cause damage to someone else’s computer.
- The use of false names or other false information.
- Any content that violates any law.
Under no circumstances will Press Enterprise be liable in any way for any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted on the site. You acknowledge that Press Enterprise shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or delete any content submitted at any time for any or no reason.
Notice of Violation
Any person or organization that believes content has been posted in violation of these Terms of Service can notify us by contacting the Special Editions Editor at specialeditions@pressenterprise.net. If the violation involves the alleged misuse of another’s copyright, contact copyright@pressenterprise.net.
