RALPHO TWP. – A coroner has identified Ellen M. Sosnoski, 40, as the victim of a fatal Saturday morning fire on Mountain Road here.

Northumberland County Coroner James Kelley said in a press release Monday that dental x-rays were used to identify Sosnoski. He ruled her death was caused by "Inhalation of Products of Combustion." An investigation into the cause of the fire is continuing.

Dr. Samuel Land, a forensic pathologist, performed an autopsy on Sosnoski on Monday. Kelley and Bryan Chowka of the Ralpho Township Police Department were both present.

Sosnoski was the field hockey coach for Southern Columbia School District.
