Full-Time Lieutenants Columbia County Prison Essential tasks include supervision of staff to ensure completion of assigned duties and adherence to policies and procedures. Responsible for the daily operation of the facility in the absence of Warden and Deputy Warden. Must have strong oral and written communication skills; ability to maintain accurate records and complete detailed reports; ability to maintain confidentiality of command staff operations; ability to evaluate situations and make decisions based on established practices, rules and procedures; knowledge of MS Office. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as 7 years' experience in a Correctional Facility with 2 years serving in a supervisory role.
