ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS OF WEATHERIZATION MATERIALS SEDA-Council of Governments (SEDA-COG) is accepting Bids for the Weatherization Assistance Program for materials for weatherizing homes. Specific material that is being sought will include and not be limited to insulation, including fiberglass bat, blown-in and cellulose, air conditioners, appliances,lumber, windows/doors, water heaters, various pluming/electrical items and accessories.
