General Columbia County Auditor There is a Republican vacancy for a Columbia County Auditor. The following criteria are required to be considered to fill the vacancy: 1. Resume and Letter of Interest from any individual who is a registered voter and of the same political party as the elected official and a resident of the County. 2. Three Letters of Reference from members of the community that have known the interested candidate for at least five years and can attest to their reputation and character. 3. Provide a copy of a criminal background check using the on line PA State Police database. 4. Proof of Voter Registration and party affiliation. The Chief Clerk shall then forward all documents on to the Court for consideration in filling the unexpired term of the individual whose place it is to be filled.
