HEARING NOTICE Valley Township, Montour County The Board of Supervisors of Valley Township, Montour County, PA will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 6:30 PM at the Valley Township Municipal Building, 29 Indian Run Road, Danville, PA to consider a Conditional Use Application submitted by Hendrickson Road Solar 1, LLC c/o Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., and Continental Blvd. Solar 1, LLC c/o Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., 55 Technology Drive, Suite 102, Lowell MA 01851 to utilize property located at Hendrickson Road and 1049 Continental Blvd., Danville, PA as a roughly 15 acre 5.0 MW AC ground mounted solar farm. Pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Valley Township Zoning Ordinance, this is an allowed essential service. Any individual may appear and offer testimony regarding the Conditional Use application. The Board of Supervisors will act upon the said application during the normal monthly Supervisors Meeting to be held immediately following the hearing.
