PUBLIC NOTICE The SOUTH CENTRE TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will hold a public hearing on January 26, 2023 at 6:00 P.M. in the South Centre Township Municipal Building, 6260 Fourth Street, Bloomsburg, (Lime Ridge), Columbia County, Pennsylvania, to review and possibly take action on the following: The application of Eric C. Benscoter and Melissa S. Benscoter for a variance from Articles 7 and Article 14.3.12.1 of the South Centre Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the property located at 6795 Old Berwick Road, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania to be utilized for nine proposed (9) townhouses to be constructed on a lot comprising 1.55 acres. The subject property is located in the Village District pursuant to the zoning map of South Centre Township.
