PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF SUBPOENA TO ATTEND AND TESTIFY AT DEPOSITION DIRECTED TO AL DEGAETANO To: Al DeGaetano, 139 All Saints Rd., Elysburg, PA 17824 You are hereby provided with notice that the Huntingdon County Court of Common Pleas has issued a Subpoena commanding you to appear at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 651 N. Susquehanna Trail, Selinsgrove, PA 17870 on October 26, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., to provide videotaped deposition testimony in the matter of Mutual Benefit Ins. Co. v. Il Terrazzo, Inc., et al. (Huntingdon County Court of Common Pleas No. 2022-1115). You are further commanded to bring with you to the videotaped deposition all of the following records: All text messages, instant messages, emails, WhatsApp messages, Facebook messages, letters, notes, or other written or electronic communications of any sort between Al DeGaetano and Loreto Mancino (a/k/a Larry Mancino) from January 1, 2022 - March 31, 2022. If you fail to attend your videotaped deposition or produce documents or things required by this Subpoena, you may be subject to the sanctions authorized by Rule 234.5 of the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.
