IN RE:IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF THE 26TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT PETITION OF THE COLUMBIACOLUMBIA COUNTY, COUNTY TAX CLAIM BUREAU PENNSYLVANIA FOR A JUDICIAL SALE OF LANDS FREE AND CLEAR OF ALL TAX AND MUNICIPAL CLAIMS, MORTGAGES, LIENS, CHARGES AND ESTATES WHATSOEVER, PETITIONERNO. 21-MV OF 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Columbia County Tax Claim Bureau has filed a Petition for Judicial Sale pursuant to 72 P.S. 5860.610 et. seq. to grant a Rule upon all persons shown in the Petition why a decree should not be entered causing the properties identified in the Petition to be sold free and clear of all tax and municipal claims, liens, mortgages, ground rents, charges and estates. Pursuant to an Order of Court dated July 14, 2023, a Rule was issued upon the persons identified in the Petition to show cause why the relief requested should not be granted and a hearing date of October 13, 2023 was set forth on the Petition. At the aforementioned hearing, an Order of Court was entered continuing the hearing until January 26, 2024 at 10:00 am, in Courtroom 1 of the Columbia County Courthouse, 35 West Main Street, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania for certain persons that could not be served with the Petition and directing that the persons set forth below, their estate, heirs, successors and assigns may be served by publication pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 430 (b) with the date and time for the continued hearing.
