HEARING NOTICE The Board of Supervisors of Valley Township, Montour County, PA will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 6:00PM, at the Valley Township Municipal Building, 29 Indian Run Road, Danville, PA to consider a Conditional Use application submitted by the Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Building 11-19 Utility Rd, FTIG, Annville, PA 17003 to utilize Parcel 8-32-28, which is located adjacent to the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory, 112 Liberty Valley Rd, Danville, PA for a field maintenance facility for vehicle repairs and service. Pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Valley Township Zoning Ordinance this is an allowed Conditional Use with Supervisor approval. Any individual may appear and offer testimony regarding the Conditional Use application. The Board of Supervisors will act upon the said application during the normal monthly Supervisors meeting to be held immediately following the hearing.
