PUBLIC NOTICE Hollenback Township Board of Supervisors NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the at the Hollenback Township Municiple Building, 660 East County Road, Wapwallopen, Pennsylvania, the Hollenback Township Board of Supervisors at the regularly scheduled meeting will consider adopting the following two ordinances: 1. Ordinance 1 of 2024, Regulation of Short-Term Rental Units and Establishing Application and Permit Standards, Procedures, Administration, Enforcement, Penalties and related matters. 2. Ordinance 2 of 2024, Requirements pertaining to permits, construction, development, penalties for violations in areas subject to flooding. The proposed Ordinances will be available for inspection, in their entirety, at the Hollenback Township Municipal Building located at 660 East County Road, Wapwallopen, Pa, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 1 pm or by appointment. Additionally, the Ordinance will be available for inspection at the Township Solicitors Office at The Slusser Law Firm, 1620 North Church Street, Suite 1, Hazleton, Pa 18202.
