PUBLIC NOTICE Variance Request Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. the Mount Pleasant Township Zoning Hearing Board will be holding a Public Hearing at the Mount Pleasant Township Community Center for the purpose of considering the application of Michael Chorba for a variance, in accordance with the District Regulations contained in Section 304 of the Mount Pleasant Township Zoning Ordinance, adopted November 2, 1987 and last revised April 1, 2002. The application involves a request of a Use Variance for the purpose of locating a Roller Coaster the Agriculture Zoning District. The proposal is located at 147 Hogs Back Road, Mt.
