HEARING NOTICE The Scott Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 23, 2024, at 5:30 P.M. in the Township Municipal Building, 350 Tenny Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815. The purpose of the hearing is to hear testimony and possibly take action on the following application: Quebec Tango Ventures LLC requesting a Special Exception under Article 4, District Regulations, of the Code of Scott Township. The applicant proposes to use 2701 P-Nut Lane, Bloomsburg, PA for a contractors shop and yard. The property is located in the General Commercial Zoning District. The Scott Township Zoning Ordinance requires that all property owners within a five-hundred foot radius of the affected property be notified of any Zoning Hearing Board hearings pertaining to the affected property.
