PUBLIC NOTICE Briar Creek Township Zoning Hearing Board NOTICE is hereby given that on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 6:00 P.M., the BRIAR CREEK TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will be holding a Public Hearing at the Briar Creek Township Municipal Building, 150 Municipal Road, Berwick, PA 18603, for the purpose of considering the following applications and issues: HEARING NO. 1: Application of Reliable Apartments, LLC, for variance(s) under the Briar Creek Township Zoning Ordinance, as follows: 1.Article IV, Section 404.3, relative to regulations applicable to developmental standards of property located in the Commercial District, to wit: side and rear yard setbacks. 2.Article V, Section 504.6, relative to off street parking. The applicant proposes to convert an existing structure (formerly bowling alley and skating rink) into senior apartments. The subject property is located at 1154 Sixth Avenue, Berwick, PA 18603.
