INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Benton Township of Columbia County, Pa., at 236 Shickshinny Road, Benton, PA 17814 until 4:00 PM, on June 3, 2025 to be opened on June 3, 2025 at 5:45 PM at the Benton Township Municipal Building and awarded at 6:00 PM Supervisors meeting for the following: Aggregate Hauling Contract: Accepting bids for the following: Hauling approximately +/- 4,450 Tons of aggregate material to Benton Township stockpile. Proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Envelopes should be labeled as Aggregate Hauling. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The municipality reserves the right to make an award on the basis of quotations received for any item or on the basis of the aggregate hauling total for all like items on which quotations are received.
