PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE of MODIFICATION ON PROPOSED USE OF MONTOUR COUNTYS FEDERAL FISCAL YEAR (FFY) 2022 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) FUNDS Notice is hereby given that Montour County will conduct a public hearing at 11:00 AM on May 27, 2025 at the Commissioners Board Room, 435 East Front Street, Danville, PA 17821. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizen views and comments on Montour Countys proposed FFY 2022 CDBG budget modification and to receive any comments or grievances regarding the Montour Countys CDBG funds. This meeting is accessible to individuals with disabilities and/or for persons with Limited English Proficiency. Administration Center Elevator Rehab Current Budget: $0.00 Budget Change $179,307.00 Modified Budget $179,307.00 No displacement of any persons is proposed. The activities modified will benefit 51% low-to moderate-income residents. Furthermore, the County Commissioners shall not disclose any information which may, in the opinion of the County Commissioners, be deemed of a confidential nature.
