PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN ORDINANCE Berwick Borough Council intends to adopt an ordinance at its meeting scheduled for Monday, June 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. This meeting shall be accessible to the public at Councils regular meeting location, 1800 North Market Street, Berwick, PA 18603. Members of the public shall have the opportunity to comment on this ordinance. The ordinance Council intends to pass is: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF BERWICK, COLUMBIA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, TO BE KNOWN AND CITED AS THE BERWICK BOROUGH STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ORDINANCE. If passed, this ordinance shall serve as the stormwater management ordinance for the Borough of Berwick, to include: general provisions; definitions; stormwater management; drainage plan requirements; inspections; fees and expenses; maintenance responsibilities; enforcement and penalties; and prohibitions. This ordinance shall be available for public inspection at Berwick City Hall, 1800 North Market Street, Berwick, Monday-Friday, during all regular business hours.
