INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Franklin Township of Columbia County, Pa., at 97 Orchard Drive, Catawissa, PA 17820 until 7:00 PM, on June 2, 2025, to be opened on June 2, 2025, at 7:05 PM at 97 Orchard Drive, Catawissa, PA 17820 for the following: Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place approx. 10,400 SY of Asphalt Seal Coat. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contracts is required of all bidders. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
