HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Valley Township will hold a hearing to consider vacating a portion of Township Route 366 (Race Street) and a portion of Township Route 364 (Bennett Street) from their intersections with the northern right of way of State Route 642 (Liberty Valley Road), in a northern direction, to their intersection with the southern right of way of State Route 3009 (Old Valley School Road). The hearing will be held on the 11th day of June, 2025, at 6:45 pm, at the Valley Township Municipal Building, 29 Indian Run Road, Danville, Pennsylvania. Any person with a disability requiring special accommodation to attend the hearing should notify the Valley Township Secretary at 570/275-2449, no later than five business days prior to the hearing.
