The variance application is submitted pursuant to Section 250-14. B.(3)(a)[2] [a] of the Rural Residential District regulations to allow a residential accessory garage to be constructed in excess of fourteen feet (14) in height on property located at 171 Overlook Drive, Danville, Pennsylvania.
