INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Derry Township of Montour County, PA, at 21 Shed Road, Danville, PA 17821 until 6:00 PM , on June 10, 2025 , to be opened on June 10, 2025 at 6:30 PM., Derry Township Municipal Building f or the following Contract: Scratch Seal Contract: Furnish and place approximately 44,187 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 41,873 Asphalt Fog Seal; 181 Ton Asphalt Wearing Course, Scratch and Patch and Perform 4 SY Asphalt Milling. Performance bond and payment bond is the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as Proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest bidders. Bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be on the forms furnished by the Municipality.
