MEETING NOTICE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING BERWICK INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION, INC. (B.I.D.A.) The Annual General Membership Meeting of the Berwick Industrial Development Association, Inc. (B.I.D.A) will be held at 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the Berwick Golf Club, located at 473 Martzville Road, Berwick, PA 18603. Dinner will be provided with formal invitations with entr{e'}e selection cards mailed separately. The directors whose terms expire and were nominated by the board for reelection are as follows: Daniel McGann, Catherine Mentrikoski and Joseph Siecko. The individual(s) who petitioned to be on the ballot consists of the following persons: Vito Covino and Rhonda Wieners. Of the five (5) qualified candidates listed above, there are three (3) board positions available to be elected, to serve four-year terms, i.e., 2025-2026 through 2028-2029. Amendments to the Bylaws (which have been mailed to each member) have been proposed by the Board of Directors and shall be voted on at the Annual General Membership Meeting. We request you join us at the Annual General Membership Meeting to vote. You may pick up your ballot to vote in the B.I.D.A. office ten (10) working days preceding the Annual General Membership Meeting: beginning Monday, June 23, 2025, through July 7, 2025, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. All absentee ballots must be picked up and returned personally or through the mail by the voting member.
