INVITATION TO BID The Columbia County Conservation District (CCCD) and Paul R. LeVan & Sons (landowner) are requesting sealed bids for the construction of one complete project consisting of: * Concrete Waste Storage Facility, 70x 804 * Roofs and Covers * Roof Runoff Controls * Underground Outlets * Subsurface Drain * Access Road This project is funded in part by CAP through DEP. All work must be performed according to the PA Technical Guide Standards. State prevailing wage rates apply. Performance bonding required. A mandatory site showing will be held at 945 Numidia Drive, Catawissa, PA 17820 on Friday, June 13, 2025, at 9:00 am. Sealed bids will be accepted until the public bid opening at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 27, 2025. Bid opening will be at the CCCD office (below). CCCD Board and/or Paul R.
