INVITATION TO BID Millville Area School District Student Transportation Services The Millville Area School District (MASD) is seeking proposals from qualified transportation services from transportation service providers for MASD schools. The goal is to select a qualified transportation provider who can transport MASD students to and from school and various school events in a safe, cost-effective and efficient manner. Sealed proposals will be accepted by Ms. Chelsea Rosenberger, Board Recording Secretary, at the District Office, PO Box 260, 330 East Main Street, Millville, PA 17846 no later than 9:00 am on Monday, July 21, 2025 with proposals being opened at 10:00 am at the District Office on Monday, July 21, 2025.
