INVITATION TO BID Sealed proposals will be received by Briar Creek Township of Columbia County, PA at 150 Municipal Rd, Berwick, PA 18603 until 1:00 PM, on April 10, 2023 to be opened on April 10, 2023 at approx. 7:05 PM at the Briar Creek Township Municipal Building for the following contract: Paving Project Furnish and place approx. 125 tons of 25mm Asphalt Base Repair, and approx. 754 ton of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing wages are applicable to this project.
