BLOOMSBURG — Three men are accused of taking advantage of a college woman by engaging in repeated sexual acts with her while she was too drunk to “knowingly or willingly” consent to sex, arrest papers say.
One of the accused, 19-year-old James Wolfe of Bloomsburg, did attempt to stop the other two at one point by telling them the woman was “too impaired.”
